We raise pigs at Asagiri Plateau in Fujinomiya City, on the western foot of Mt. Fuji in Shizuoka Prefecture, using our own unique methods and the experience that "true pig craftsmen" have cultivated over many years.
The director himself is a veterinarian, so he personally checks each animal and manages them thoroughly.
Furthermore, each pig is individually managed and its production history from birth is clear, establishing traceability for the first time in Shizuoka Prefecture.
